War at the Ballot Box or War in the Streets: The Choice Facing America’s Domestic Enemies

We will not be disarmed, and we will not be forced into a system outside of our founding document without following the constitutional process.

The media and the establishment GOP keep talking like if we just teach these communists, make them understand, or compromise with them, this movement will go away. There is nothing further from the truth. You cannot and should not compromise with individuals or groups whose ideology is fundamentally opposed to the Constitution.

Our nation is facing a coordinated onslaught from an umbrella of forces—communists, anarchist, radical Islamists, and globalist factions like the United Nations—all operating under the banner of the Democrat Party. Do they hate each other? Yes. But here is the secret sauce no one is talking about: each group is so self-important, arrogant, and convinced of their own righteousness that they believe they can use the other to seize power, intending to destroy their weak links in the end.

From the lunatics teaching your children in publicly funded schools and far-left cities electing radicals, to race hustlers and the welfare-drunk illegal aliens robbing our safety net blind, this movement needs to end.

The Underground Movement

This subversion is not new. These factions have tried to take over our political, educational, and media systems since the 1950s. When communism was outlawed by the Communist Control Act of 1954—a law that remains on the books today—the House of Representatives amended it with eight clear criteria to identify Communist Party membership.

Today, those 8 exact criteria could be used to sweep in many inside the Democrat Party and troublesome anarchist groups like BLM and Antifa.

In the 50’s when forced underground, they renamed and redefined their cause. It was a slow roll until Barack Obama set the movement on fire by adding Islam to the mix.

Look at New York City, where figures like Zohran Mamdani run as Democrats while being open members of the Working Families Party—a group that checks every single communist box in the book.

Most Americans, including the Democrats voting for them, don’t even know this party exists, let alone that it serves as a map for how the radical left has captured their system.

A Line in the Sand

Let me be entirely clear: the Constitution allows people to believe whatever they want. But it does not allow anyone to subvert the Constitution or our form of government. That is treason.

I come from the Clarks of Virginia. My ancestor, Abraham Clark, signed the Declaration of Independence. My family fought and died in the Revolutionary War, explored the frontier, died at the Alamo, and bled in every conflict this nation has ever had—from my great-grandfather storming San Juan Hill with Theodore Roosevelt, to family in WWI, WWII, Korea, and Vietnam. I am just one of millions of patriots with these deep historic roots. Roots that we will not forget, disrespect or allow to be erased.

If you think for one minute that we will "go along to get along," or let this nation fall, out of fear of death or imprisonment, you are making a fatal mistake.

The Oath That Has No End

Millions of well-trained, well-armed patriots in this country have taken a sacred oath: to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic. That oath has no expiration date.

I don't care how many communists you elect, how many activist judges you find to redefine words, how many unconstitutional laws you pass, or how many courts you pack. Unless you follow the Constitution and its original intent, you are changing nothing.

Any law passed that is repugnant to the Constitution is void from its inception. In the landmark case Marbury v. Madison (1803), Chief Justice John Marshall used the Supremacy Clause to establish a clear hierarchy:

• The Supreme Law: The Constitution is the absolute highest law of the land.

• The Conflict: Acts of Congress are lower in authority than the Constitution.

• The Result: If a lower law conflicts with the supreme law, the lower law is automatically invalid.

Worth Understanding

Consider this notice to every anarchist and subversive: we will not be disarmed, and we will not be forced into a system outside of our founding document.

Unless you follow the proper, legitimate, constitutional methods of change left available by our Founding Fathers—going so far as to get a legitimate constitutional vote to change our Republic—your actions will not be tolerated.

If you bypass the supreme law of the land, you are not voting for policy change; you are voting for war. And that fight will not just be at the ballot box or in the halls of Congress. It will be in the streets.

No freedom-loving patriot wants to see this within the boundaries of this republic, but if left with the alternative of allowing this country to fall without constitutional process leaving us with accepting communism or some other fascist form of government make no mistake, you will see it.

Do not blame proud patriots for enforcing our Constitution and our freedom however they must. If the radical left continues down this path of unlawful destruction without a constitutional mandate, the only thing they are going to accomplish is a disaster like this country has not seen since the civil war.
