It Is Time to Document the Deception

I believe it is past time that people start bringing to the public's knowledge just how many lies the Democrats are telling across the nation to regain power, lies that have no basis in reality, but, like in today's example, their accusation would be against the law. We must make people understand the number of Democrats who have always been democratic socialists across the nation who, when running for office, lie and start claiming to be middle-of-the-road Democrats.

I realize most Republicans will already know the truth, and, of course, the Democrats won't listen to reason because of the mental illness most of them suffer from. But it is time we told the truth, so everyone has had a chance to see it. We all know it is going on nationally but fail to realize the extent it is happening in every election across the country. We need to document these deceptions for the future historic legal cases I believe will be on the horizon.

From now through Election Day, I am picking out political races and ads in states and cities across America as I find them. I am sending them out across the nation for people to see as evidence. Not because I believe that everyone will be interested in everyone's local politics, but because we need to show America just what is going on across our republic in these lying ads from the corrupt Democrats.

The Mainstream Media's Dereliction of Duty

We must expose how bad this has gotten across the nation because of the mainstream media's dereliction of duty. I hope it will remind everyone of the constitutional responsibility the press was given by our founders. The duty that not only have they shirked their responsibility but have gone so far that they have chosen sides and become part of the lying political machine plaguing America.

When you hear the evidence, I want people to question. I want Americans to understand this is not a one-off situation. They need to see how rampant across the country this has become, election cycle after election cycle. There seems to be no limit or control over political lies anymore, so I am calling them out. It is time we show Americans just what level these Democrats will stoop to, to gain power and how the media protects them.

The First Example: The Kansas U.S. Senate Race

I picked this first one because it was close to home, but along with that, the Democrat candidate Adam Hamilton lying in these ads has somewhat of a national audience because he is a Televangelist. This race in Kansas is for the U.S. Senate between the incumbent Republican senator from Kansas, Dr. Roger Marshall, and Democrat challenger Adam Hamilton. To set the stage here, I want to outline how the mudslinging began. The Democrat, Adam Hamilton, came out with a TV ad accusing Dr. Marshall of putting people in jail over medical debt. So, I want to set the record straight.

Let me begin by saying I do not know Roger Marshall, U.S. senator from Kansas. I will go on to admit I do not even live in Kansas. But what I do know is the law and lying Democrats' behavior. I live in the Kansas City area and have heard the anti-Marshall ad about putting his customers in jail. Well, for starters, here is the constitutional law behind why I believe this is utter nonsense.

The Core Rule: Civil vs. Criminal

• Civil Debt: Unpaid credit cards, medical bills, personal loans, utility bills, and auto loans are civil matters. Federal and state laws, including historic bans on debtors' prisons dating back to the 1830s, prohibit imprisoning people strictly for owing money.

• FDCPA Protections: Under the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's guidance and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, private debt collectors are legally barred from threatening you with arrest or claiming you will go to jail for an unpaid debt.

Here Is What Really Happened

As established by civil law, nobody should be put in jail simply because they have a balance on their medical bill. Instead, the arrests in question occurred through the civil court process:

• The Lawsuit: The medical practice sued the patients in civil court for the unpaid balances, as happens in many practices.

• The Subpoena: Once a judgment was entered, patients were legally ordered to appear in court for debtor hearings, often called "citations to discover assets" or contempt hearings, to disclose their financial status.

• Failure to Appear: When patients failed to show up to these mandatory court dates, judges issued contempt-of-court bench warrants for failure to appear. Law enforcement then executed these warrants, leading to physical arrests.

Misrepresentation of debt: Marshall's lawyers assert the ad falsely implies that a woman was jailed over a single $50 bill, noting that her overall debt to the practice was roughly $3,600 and that the legal actions spanned multiple debts and counties.

Lack of personal involvement: Representatives stated that, as a busy physician, Marshall was not personally managing the day-to-day operations, standard billing procedures, or automated legal filings handled by the practice's debt collectors and attorneys.

Systemic Reality: Third-party debt collectors and automated legal dockets function across the healthcare industry. Court-ordered bench warrants are a judicial mechanism for dealing with failures to appear in court, rather than direct action taken by a physician.

The Accountability Debate: There is a question of accountability between a business owner's responsibility for hired vendors and the independent actions of local civil courts and judges.

Media and Campaign Framing: Political advertisements can intentionally simplify complex legal processes into punchy, emotional narratives to influence voters.

What Is Roger Marshall Guilty Of?

So, what Roger Marshall is guilty of is doing what every doctor's legal department in the United States does. What every practice manager does in every medical practice in America. I will even go on to say that if you look into the practices of the doctors in the Democrat ads, you will find each of these doctors does the same thing in some fashion or another.

So, if Roger Marshall is guilty, then so is the entire medical industry in America, including the Democrat doctors who appeared in the Adam Hamilton negative, lying ads. Remember their names next time you need a doctor. They are letting you assume if you don’t want to pay its Ok.

What this clearly does prove, is Adam Hamilton is just another lying Democrat!

So, I believe it is easy to see through this Adam Hamilton scam, he pretends he is not just another Democrat socialist pushing a WOKE agenda. He pretends he is a moderate who will reach across the aisle. Boy have the democrats worn that out!

The Televangelist and His Political Agenda

Roger has been a doctor, a senator, a military officer, and has been helping people for years. Adam Hamilton is the preacher of the largest United Methodist congregation in the United States. Yes, he has a large congregation and is on TV and online. But, of course, so were James Baker, Kenneth Copeland, Jimmy Swaggart, and Oral Roberts. Oral Roberts' career was associated with highly publicized fundraising efforts and prosperity-gospel teachings.

It is interesting that Adam Hamilton went to Oral Roberts University. So maybe he learned his craft of televangelism from the one who really knew how to make money from religion.

Misappropriation of Donor Funds, Lavish Personal Spending, Improper Use of Staff and Resources, Inappropriate Conduct Allegations, Political Campaign Violations. That was Oral Roberts, but it sure sounds familiar.

What Does His Congregation Believe?

I hope his congregation understands now that when he passes the donation plate, he is collecting money to further the same Democrat Party that kills babies, supports socialism, is anti-First and Second Amendment, backs transgender surgery for minors, government control, open borders, and Islam.

The same party that is so deep in lies, controversy and corruption that it is almost unidentifiable. The same party that went after conservatives and churches under the Obama and Biden administrations.

The Bottom Line

I did not write this to try to educate democrat voters, as I have written several times before I am past that now, I wrote this to show Republicans truth, I am trying to make them mad enough to get out and vote. Because my Republican friends here is the truth, this election the democrats will not beat themselves, we will need to beat them and probably once again too big to rig!

Republican Roger Marshall's business practices are normal….. Democrat Adam Hamilton's lies are not.
