The Great Democrat Party Rebrand

Suddenly, the airwaves are full of national Democrats rushing to Sunday morning talk shows to assure us of one thing: they are not socialists.

We are being treated to the spectacle of prominent party figures—and even members of "the Squad"—pretending there is a grand ideological gulf between mainstream Democrats and the Democratic Socialist Party (DSP).

Don't believe it for a second.

This sudden shift is not a newfound awakening to moderation. It is a calculated, cynical lie born out of raw political panic because they know they cannot win a national election if their true agenda remains out in the open.

The Politics of Party Control

This is the party of the “backroom coronation”.

When Joe Biden's sinking polls threatened their hold on power, they skipped the normal primary process and crowned Kamala Harris.

We have just witnessed the exact same playbook unfold in Maine with their U.S. Senate nominee, Graham Platner.

The Democratic establishment pushed Platner out of the race not because they suddenly found his radical platform or his past conduct unacceptable—the progressive elites and their donor base backed him heavily despite his controversies being common knowledge before the primary.

They waited until July, using the Biden blueprint, to ensure they could handpick his replacement via committee rather than letting actual voters decide.

They don't object to the radicalism; they object to the fact that reckless candidates tip their hand to the public and ruin their chances of winning.

Actions Reveal Priorities

If establishment Democrats truly disagreed with the far-left, communist-adjacent wing of their party, we would see it in their actions.

But we don't.

If they are so eager to distance themselves from these extremists, will Senate Democrats cross the aisle to pass the SAVE America Act to secure our elections?

Will their leadership meet with Donald Trump and GOP leaders to fix the open-border crisis once and for all by passing laws that codify Trumps executive orders.

Will they support ICE, or strip Bernie Sanders and the Squad of their powerful committee assignments?

Of course not.

They vote in lockstep for the radical agenda because they share the same ultimate destination.

The Agenda Already Existed, Now it is Exposed

This isn't an ideological divide; now they're gerrymandering their own platform.

For a generation, liberal stronghold cities and states have served as the incubation chambers for this exact brand of politics.

Look at the radical, self-described socialists (communists)and hard-left figures running deep-blue areas: Zohran Mamdani in New York City, Brandon Johnson in Chicago, and Janeese Lewis George in Washington, D.C.

They operate with the full protection and backing of establishment governors like Kathy Hochul, Gavin Newsom, JB Pritzker, and Abigail Spanberger.

And who can forget the governor of Minnesota Tim Walz and that mess.

These are the very same regions that pioneered sanctuary city policies, defund-the-police rhetoric and welcomed open borders.

The radical wing is already running the show locally; the national party is just terrified of the voters seeing it and figuring out that will be the results for America if they get their way.

The Gantlet has Been Thrown Down

I challenge any Democrat reading this to prove my skepticism wrong.

If you are truly disgusted by the radical shift of your party towards socialism and communism, encourage your party to stop talking on television and start crossing the party line to help us fix this nation.

This should be an open invitation—especially for Jewish Democrats who watch in horror as unchecked radicalism breeds a terrifying plague of antisemitism within their own coalition's ranks.

Break the lockstep.

If you refuse to take a stand when the nation is at stake, you are merely proving what many of us have known for a long, long time:

You haven't changed your goals, you haven’t changed your agenda, and you haven’t changed your party.

You are just looking for better liars.
