Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act

Let’s break this down simply. I want every critical-thinking American to read the plain facts about the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act. Once you see what is at stake, you need to ask yourself one question: Why would any Republican refuse to support this bill?

For that matter unless you are a socialist or communist, I do not understand why any Democrat would not support this bill.

When the reality of this betrayal sinks in, I want you to get mad. Then, I want you to pick up the phone, call Washington, and scream at the top of your lungs. If our elected officials cannot support basic election integrity, we want them to be gone. We do not care what they have done in the past, who they are, or how long they have been there,. This is our hill to die on.

The SAVE Act: Black and White Common Sense

There is absolutely no reason any elected official—or any reasonable American—should oppose this legislation. The bill is brief, explicit, and free of Washington pork. It does exactly what the American people demand:

• Mandates Proof of Citizenship: Prohibits states from registering individuals to vote in federal elections without documentary proof of U.S. citizenship.

• Defines Acceptable ID: Specifies clear, accessible documents, including REAL ID-compliant identification that indicates citizenship.

• Cleans Up Voter Rolls: Requires states to actively and continuously remove noncitizens from official lists of eligible voters.

• Enforces Accountability: Establishes criminal penalties and allows private civil action against election officials who intentionally fail to verify citizenship.

This is basic national security. It is black and white. Yet, establishment politicians are stalling.

The Senate's Shadow Rulebook: A Hiding Place for Cowards

Why is a bill this simple being held up? Because the Washington establishment hides behind a wall of garbled drivel, fake decorum, and unwritten traditions to protect their own power.

The Senate wants you to believe their hands are tied by sacred, ancient laws. That is a lie. The Senate is currently running the federal government based on an accidental loophole from an 1806 Aaron Burr mistake. Because the Senate calls itself a "continuing body," they refuse to vote on a new rulebook at the start of every Congress, allowing outdated traditions to carry over indefinitely.

They rely on a shadow rulebook of "precedents" and "unanimous consent" to do whatever they want, whenever it suits them:

• The Priority Recognition Rule: No written rule states the Majority Leader controls the agenda. This massive power comes entirely from a 1937 precedent where the presiding officer just decided to start recognizing the majority leader first.

• The "Nuclear Option" Trapdoor: Written rules say changing a Senate rule requires 67 votes. But using a formal trapdoor (Rule XX), a simple 51-vote majority completely rewrote the rules for nominees in 2013 and 2017 without changing a single word of text in the rulebook.

• En Bloc Grouping: Traditional rules required voting on presidential nominees one by one. They used precedents to bypass their own rules and group nominees together all at once.

The Senate rules are written in concrete for the American people, but they act as a daily bypass cheat code for the establishment. They use these smoke screens to block the SAVE Act and cripple election security.

Lay Down the Hammer (and the Sickle) Politicians

It is time to bring this corrupt, self-serving body to heel. I am listening to Majority Leader John Thune, and in my opinion, he needs to lay the hammer down right now on any Republican who hesitates to vote for this bill. I believe watching Thune, he is playing games with power. He doesn’t want to pass what America wants, he wants to pass what he wants. John Thune simply wants to preserve the power of the establishment GOP(George Bush Republicans)

The strategy must be brutal and immediate:

• Strip every single holdout Republican of their prized committee assignments.

• Send JD Vance into the Senate chamber to take control and force the issue.

• Put everything on the table to pass this bill—up to and including nuking the filibuster.

Any Republican who thinks we must preserve "Senate decorum" at the expense of our elections is either a traitor or too stupid to be in Congress. If the GOP believes for one second that Democrats won't destroy the filibuster the moment, they retake power, I have a bridge to sell you. It is a government bridge so of course it will cost billions.

JD Vance is My Guy But…Are We Doing Everything We Can.

The Vice President cannot unilaterally take total control of the Senate body or dictate its legislative agenda, I understand that, but they possess major procedural levers that can force a showdown if they choose to push them.

Under the U.S. Constitution, Vice President JD Vance serves as the President of the Senate. While the role is traditionally treated as ceremonial, however, a determined Vice President can weaponize the Senate’s shadow rules and precedents to disrupt the status quo.

We know John Thune has the authority to say no to any suggestion from the Parliamentarian and could terminate the Senate Parliamentarian if he wants to, but instead chose to allow them to gut the "One Big Beautiful Bill". As a matter of fact, Thune could get rid of the position altogether. But he has not.

We know the Vice president has the power of The "Push": The Vice President- as presiding officer, has the constitutional authority to completely overrule the Senate Parliamentarian's guidance. But he did not.

Article I, Section 3 names the VP as the absolute presiding officer and gives him three power levers to pull. But will he.

The Vice President can strip away the Senate's polite smoke screens. He can force establishment politicians out into the open, forcing them to explicitly vote on the record to overturn his rulings and block election security. But will he.

And if not…. Why not!

So, there are many ways to skin this cat…. Time is getting short, I say it’s time for the skinning to begin.

Establishment RINOs and Democrats are using procedural games to retain power while our borders and election integrity remain vulnerable. We are watching the Democrat party be taken over by communists right here in America. It is time to stop the games and get this important bill passed.
