Judicial Insurrection Strikes Again - Obama-Appointed Activist Judge Randolph Moss Hands Leftist Media Another Taxpayer Bailout

Much of the Judiciary has become just another arm of the Democrat party.

U.S. District Judge Randolph Moss – the Obama appointee who cut his teeth in Bill Clinton’s DOJ Office of Legal Counsel and cozied up with the progressive American Constitution Society – just blocked President Trump’s order to yank taxpayer funding from the leftist propaganda machines NPR and PBS. Moss called it “viewpoint discrimination.” What a joke.

Here’s the truth the radical left and their black-robed allies don’t want you to hear: There are zero right-leaning outlets sucking on the government teat. PBS and NPR have been Democrat mouthpieces for decades – pushing open borders, climate hysteria, and anti-Trump smears while conservatives get zilch. Defunding them isn’t discrimination; it’s ending the government’s one-sided subsidy for one political party.

Free speech doesn’t mean the government must bankroll your opinions. The First Amendment stops the feds from silencing you – it doesn’t force you to pay for CNN 2.0 with your tax dollars. Cutting the cord restores balance, not censorship.

This ruling is textbook Judicial Insurrection: leftist judges bending, twisting, or outright breaking the law to sabotage President Trump’s strong conservative agenda. Moss isn’t the first. Obama and Biden hacks have repeatedly torpedoed America First priorities – blocking mass deportations of illegal criminals, halting energy independence executive orders, gutting DOGE efficiency cuts, and stalling border wall reinforcements. Senator Marsha Blackburn nailed it: these “out-of-control, Leftist judges” are waging lawfare against the will of the American people.

Enough. The Trump administration will appeal, and real Americans demand accountability. Leftist judges aren’t above the law – and they sure as hell aren’t above the voters who put Trump back in the White House to drain the swamp.
