The indictment of former FBI Director James Comey—his second in a year—isn't just about a cryptic Instagram post of seashells; it is a long-overdue assault on the "Deep State" architecture that has operated with impunity for far too long.

The DOJ is trying to put Comey in prison. All I can say: “It is about time.”

We have all known for some time that there is a “Deep State” and Comey was part of it, along with Clapper, Brennan, and about half of Washington, D.C.—and all should do time in prison.

No… all of them should be arrested, tried for treason, and punished to the full extent of the law.

As FBI Director Kash Patel and Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche made clear in their joint announcement, the era of “institutional weaponization” is meeting its match. Comey’s “86 47” message was a wink and a nod to the resistance, but the rot goes deeper than one man’s hubris.

We have seen people come and go, yielding little or no result. Is this the time Charlie Brown or will Lucy pull the football again, will we see the return of justice in America? Will we have a government we can trust once more? But first there must be consequences.

John Brennan: The former CIA Director is currently under criminal investigation for potential wrongdoing related to the Trump Russia probe. Evidence of his alleged “conspiracy” and false statements to Congress was recently referred by John Ratcliffe to Director Patel for potential prosecution.

James Clapper: Long criticized for his “least untruthful” testimony regarding domestic surveillance, Clapper remains a central figure in the broader probe into how our intelligence agencies were turned against a sitting president and his supporters.

Beyond Technicalities: While Comey’s previous indictment for lying to Congress was dismissed on a technicality regarding a prosecutor’s appointment, the new charges in the Eastern District of North Carolina show a relentless commitment to seeing justice through. I wondered at the time, was it really a mistake or were other forces at work.

The threat of “86ing” a President is not “political hyperbole”—it is the language of a cabal that has lost its grip on power and is lashing out.

As the Justice Department moves forward, the American people are finally seeing that the “higher loyalty” these elites should owe is not to themselves or their colleagues, but to the Constitution they swore to uphold.

Now we shall see just how many of these federal judges are part of the same "Deep State". How many more purposeful mistakes will be made. The only way this won’t succeed—and let America see the consequences of justice—is if it gets railroaded by activist judges or misdirected by other hidden members of the cabal.

We will have the names and faces if that unfolds. We have seen the structure and we will not forget.

America is not looking for retribution; we are looking for justice. And we demand it for all.
