Schmitt Slams Ukraine Peace Critics: Decades of Foreign Policy Failures Exposed
"These Wilsonian adventurers who think America can be everywhere all at once have been wrong about everything,"

Senator Eric Schmitt blasted detractors of President Trump's Ukraine-Russia peace efforts, asserting they've bungled foreign policy for 30 years.
In a Fox News Sunday interview, Schmitt targeted Jake Sullivan, Biden's ex-national security adviser, for overseeing Afghanistan's chaotic withdrawal, Russia's Ukraine invasion, and claiming Middle East stability days before Hamas's October 2023 attack.
"These Wilsonian adventurers who think America can be everywhere all at once have been wrong about everything," Schmitt declared.
He praised President Trump's realistic diplomacy, engaging adversaries to broker deals, unlike Biden's $200 billion aid without strategy.
Post-Alaska summit with Putin, Monday's White House talks with Zelenskyy and Europeans could lead to trilateral negotiations.
"It's going to take time," Schmitt noted, emphasizing progress through sequential meetings.
