August 14, 2025 - President Trump took to Truth Social on Wednesday morning to comment about the Whistleblower allegations that Adam Schiff authorized leaks of classified information and Schiff fired back on X, predictably, with the current Democrat propaganda talking points.
Newly declassified FBI 302 reports reveal a Democrat whistleblower's warnings that Sen. Adam Schiff approved leaking classified intelligence to discredit President Trump during the Russiagate scandal. The whistleblower, an intelligence officer on the House Intelligence Committee for over a decade, attended a 2017 staff meeting where Schiff allegedly directed leaks of derogatory information aimed at indicting President Trump. He described the plan as "unethical, illegal, and treasonous," but was told Schiff believed the Constitution's Speech and Debate Clause provided protection. The leaks involved sharing sensitive details with media to fuel the narrative of Trump-Russia collusion, based on unverified sources like the Steele Dossier.

The whistleblower, a Democrat and friend to both Schiff and former Chairman Devin Nunes, repeatedly alerted the FBI in 2017 and 2023, expressing concerns over the actions' legality. He claimed Schiff's motive stemmed from bitterness over President Trump's 2016 victory, which cost him a potential CIA directorship under Hillary Clinton. Despite these reports, the DOJ under Attorneys General Sessions and Barr showed minimal interest in pursuing Schiff, citing the Speech and Debate Clause without a formal opinion. The whistleblower stated he was fired for refusing to participate in the leaks. FBI Director Kash Patel declassified the documents, forwarding them to Congress for review.

Schiff responded on X, "Sorry, Donald. Wrong again. Even Barr’s Justice Department rejected that false smear years ago. But while we are the subject of confidential information, how about releasing those Epstein files? We are still waiting…" His denial, however, may reset the statute of limitations clock, as ongoing acts like public disavowals can extend conspiracy timelines under federal law.
