WASHINGTON – The Justice Department released previously withheld documents from the Jeffrey Epstein investigation Thursday, including FBI interview summaries with a woman who made uncorroborated allegations of sexual assault against President Trump as a minor, amid congressional scrutiny over missing files.

The batch includes 20 documents—15 incorrectly coded as duplicative and five prosecution memos deemed releasable after review—now posted in dataset 12 on the DOJ's Epstein library site. Approximately 30 pages remain unreleased. The files contain notes from four FBI interviews with a South Carolina woman who claimed Trump assaulted her violently and threw her out of a room. Prosecutors noted the allegations as "untrue and sensationalist," and the White House dismissed them as false.

The woman alleged the incident occurred decades ago, but details lack corroboration. Most documents focus on Epstein's activities, with limited Trump mentions. The release follows reports of withheld records, prompting a House Oversight Committee subpoena to Attorney General Pam Bondi for a briefing.

This disclosure complies with the Epstein Files Transparency Act, addressing bipartisan concerns over the DOJ's handling of Epstein-related materials. The financier died in custody in 2019 while facing sex trafficking charges.
