Acting AG Todd Blanche Says ‘Ton of Evidence’ Exists of 2020 Election Irregularities, Vows Continued Probes
“There’s a ton of evidence about that for many, many years,” Blanche told Bartiromo.

WASHINGTON — Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche said Sunday there is “a ton of evidence” supporting claims that the 2020 presidential election was rigged, while confirming active federal investigations in key battleground states.
Appearing on Fox News’ Sunday Morning Futures with Maria Bartiromo, Blanche stated the Justice Department is examining whether “the right people voted” and whether there was “one vote cast per voter” in places such as Arizona and Fulton County, Georgia.
“There’s a ton of evidence about that for many, many years,” Blanche told Bartiromo. He added that multiple investigations are underway but stopped short of promising criminal charges or a definitive public conclusion.
“What I can tell you is that we have multiple investigations going on in Arizona, in Fulton County, Georgia, and that’s exactly what we’re looking at,” he said. “I’m not going to promise there’s going to be a definitive answer... but we are looking at it, and we’re hoping to get one.”
Blanche emphasized that the probes involve traditional law enforcement work focused on election integrity. He also addressed the origins of the Russia collusion investigation, calling it a “hoax” that damaged the country, and said the department continues to examine related misconduct.
The comments mark one of the strongest public acknowledgments yet from a top Trump administration official that substantial evidence of irregularities exists from the 2020 contest. Blanche stressed the DOJ’s commitment to uncovering the truth without setting unrealistic expectations for immediate results.
No new indictments were announced, and the investigations remain ongoing. The remarks come as the administration continues broader efforts to restore confidence in U.S. elections ahead of the 2026 midterms.
